PHOENIX – The leadership team of Scottsdale-based Customer Experience Design Company Tallwave continued its commitment to invest in the personal growth of employees in late 2020, as the firm engaged in a pilot program with WHEN® Enterprises Corp. (WHEN) to provide career advising services.
And it’s working.
Tallwave included WHEN career services as part of an internal training program, aimed at managers for career advancement opportunities within the company.
As the pilot program for five of the company’s 70 employees winds down the end of January, leaders at both Tallwave and WHEN are pleased with the results and are looking to renew and expand upon the initial engagement.
