PHOENIX – January 5, 2023 – Continuing a successful three-year engagement, WHEN® Enterprises Corp. (WHEN) will expand its Power of WHEN® Career and Well-Being services to a larger group of Tillman Scholars from the Pat Tillman Foundation during 2023-2024.
The Pat Tillman Foundation unites and empowers remarkable military service members, veterans, and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders through its Tillman Scholars program. Tillman Scholars are selected because of their high potential for impact as demonstrated through a proven track record of leadership, the continued pursuit of education and the commitment of their resources to service beyond self.
Career coaching and well-being guidance provided by WHEN focuses on helping Tillman Scholars choose fulfilling career paths upon graduating from post-secondary educational institutions. WHEN Advisors are specially trained and prepared to assist the Tillman Scholars as they transition from the military into academia and into the mainstream workforce.

The Power of WHEN program, which includes both career guidance and well-being services, will continue to be provided to an additional group of Tillman Scholars through calendar year 2024.
WHEN Advisors assist Tillman Scholars in setting specific goals, providing relevant resources, and developing detailed action plans to assist in creating concrete steps to fulfill their career and well-being aspirations.
