Aaron is a results-driven and strategically minded executive with significant experience in business development, capture and proposal management, developing partnerships and fostering customer engagement with more than $2.5 billion in business development wins during the past decade.
His expertise includes developing and executing strategic vision with leadership teams to map out corporate direction and developing plans for enhancing workforce productivity.
He is currently the Chief Growth Officer for Advanced IT Concepts, an information technology and training solutions systems integrator focused on serving the federal government and the Department of Defense (DoD). He served in business development roles for a variety of large and small companies including Empower AI, Magellan Federal, GovernmentCIO, DuraBante and Deloitte. Aaron also owned his own consulting business for nearly six years in the Washington, D.C. area.
He spent more than 20 years in active-duty service in the U.S. Navy serving both at home and abroad in Japan in a variety of instructional and leadership roles, retiring as an unrestricted Line Officer (Surface Warfare Officer).
Aaron earned a master’s degree in Management and National Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and his bachelor’s degree in public administration from Roger Williams University.
He brings decades of valuable experience and insight into organization building and developing contracts with government agencies to the WHEN Strategic Advisory Board.
