Art Paikowsky currently serves as Vice President for the Western Region of the Birthright Israel Foundation, an organization that provides free trips to Israel to Jewish young adults ages 18-32. Over 700,000 people have participated in the program from 66 countries over the 19- year existence of the program. Art is the longest tenured employee in the development department with an annual budget of over $140,000,000.
Art is in his 42nd year in the not for profit space and has been involved in fundraising campaigns that have raised in excess of $1 billion. Over a period of nine years, Art helped raise nearly $150 million in support of capital fundraising drives that resulted in new Jewish Community Centers in Cincinnati, St. Louis, Los Gatos, and Miami Beach as well as a Jewish Day School in Scottsdale.
Art has received national attention for his work, has led numerous workshops on the art of fundraising and enjoys speaking to students about entrepreneurship. He welcomes this WHEN engagement to impact more lives within the personal growth, well-being, and wellness space. He is looking forward to using these fundraising and life experiences to open more business doors for WHEN to those that are need of 1-1 advisory services to better their lives. He sees a large opportunity and is thrilled at this stage of the game it fits with his own passion and goals of life.
Art is married to Sarah an Optometrist and has three children, Dana a lawyer, Adam a digital artist and Emma an accountant. He enjoys traveling with his family, is a volunteer basketball coach for numerous years, and avid sports fan.
