Brad Gebert is the Managing Director for ParagonLabs, a division within the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). ParagonLabs serves as the bridge between the Human Resources tech community and work, workers and the workplace. Brad and his team connect and engage the HR and tech communities to lead the conversation regarding ways these communities can work together to build better workplaces and a better world.
Before joining SHRM, Brad spent 20 years founding startups, creating new technology solutions and helping companies find the right technologies to help them further their missions. He has been an entrepreneur, an intrapreneur and a Chief Technology Officer.
Brad completed his Master’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2017. This advanced degree is critical is helping the ParagonLabs team truly understand many of today’s new workplace technologies.
