Kevin Tulipana, D.O., M.S., is a hospitalist and president and CEO of the Arizona Market for City of Hope Phoenix, a comprehensive cancer treatment hospital located in Goodyear, Arizona.
In his work overseeing and managing an oncology specialty hospital and outpatient care centers, Dr. Tulipana is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. An ordained deacon with the Catholic Church, Dr. Tulipana is finely attuned to both the physical and spiritual needs of his patients.
He completed his Doctor of Osteopathy degree at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery and fulfilled his residency in Family Practice at Mercy/Mayo Family Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Tulipana also earned a Master of Science degree in Bioethics from the University of Mary in Bismark, North Dakota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
Dr. Tulipana has served as Hospitalist at a large healthcare facility in Oklahoma and has provided family medical care at a large regional medical center in Missouri. During his career, he has also held several administrative positions focused on quality improvement, innovation and other aspects of patient care.
Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Tulipana is also a fellow of the Society of Hospital Medicine and serves on the adjunct faculty at the Arkansas College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Outside of City of Hope, Dr. Tulipana enjoys spending time with his wife and eight children.
