Founder and Chief WHEN Officer®
Randy Miller is the founder and Chief WHEN Officer of WHEN Enterprises Corp., providing professional guidance and insights in the areas of career, being and health. Clients achieve personal growth, well-being and wellness as individuals and entire organizations realize positive, productive culture change. Randy has a passion for assisting and empowering others, displaying genuine care and compassion, placing family first, keenly observing the world around him, and changing the norm. He is known as different and aids with all personal growth arenas of life.
He is nationally recognized and respected as a pioneer in the field of distance career counseling, coaching, and professional training. Randy founded and is the former CEO of ReadyMinds, the premier distance counseling program in the U.S., which was purchased by the Apollo Group/University of Phoenix in 2012.
Finding today’s levels of career dissatisfaction and lack of productivity among Americans to be wholly unacceptable, Randy’s goal will be achieved when the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index reflects higher levels of workplace productivity and personal wellness throughout the U.S. That will happen, he believes, as more people and employers embody the WHEN Way of Life®.
He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in marketing, and currently practices the WHEN Way of Life with his wife and two children in Scottsdale, AZ.
