Teri brings insights from the world of franchising, mortgage consulting, banking and computer programming in the U.S. military to the WHEN Advisory Board.
Currently serving as an International Franchise Consultant with the International Franchise Professionals Group, based in Chicago, she was a founding partner of the Jacksonville-based Franchise Advisory Group, LLC in 2020.
In 2007, she discovered that franchising could be a great alternative to working in corporate America to achieve both more control of your financial future and greater work/life balance. That’s when she opened one of the first Massage Envy franchises in the Chicagoland suburbs. She has also gone on to open several other franchise locations, including Diesel Barbershop, Amazing Lash Studio and WaveMAX Laundry – all the while, helping others reach their professional potential.
Prior to her franchise experience, Teri spent 20 years as a mortgage consultant, helping people find affordable financing to fulfill their dreams of home ownership. Three years as a bank branch manager and a six-year tour of duty in the U.S. Marine Corps as a computer programmer preceded her days in the mortgage industry. She is known for her strong work ethic, for providing service with integrity and for a passion to help people achieve their personal and professional goals.
Teri is an alum of Illinois State University, where she studied business administration.
